GoPlateSmart runs free food tools and a recipe library. This policy explains what little data we handle.

What we collect

• Email addresses you submit to receive a PDF fact sheet or premium report. Stored with the recipe requested and a unique token so your download link works.
• Anonymous tool inputs — ingredient lists you paste are processed in memory to produce results; they are not stored with your identity.
• Basic analytics (aggregate page views) to understand which tools and recipes help people.

What we don't do

• No selling or renting of email addresses.
• No cross-site tracking on tool pages.
• No medical or dietary advice claims from your data.

Email & unsubscribe

Emails you opt into are limited to your requested report and occasional recipe digests. Every digest carries a one-click unsubscribe; we honour removals within 48 hours.

Cookies

Tool pages do not require cookies. We may use cookieless analytics and standard server logs (IP address, user agent) for security and abuse prevention — logs are retained briefly and not matched to your email.
