1. The service

GoPlateSmart provides free food & restaurant calculation tools, recipes and optional paid PDF reports. Tools are provided "as is" for general information and meal planning.

2. Not medical advice

Nutrition figures are estimates from typical published values. Nothing on this site is medical, dietary or allergy-safety advice. The allergen checker is informational and cannot detect cross-contamination or every hidden ingredient. Consult a qualified professional for medical questions.

3. Free tier

All seven tools are free, unlimited and served deterministically from a static ingredient database. We do not charge per use and we never bill you for AI inference.

4. Premium reports

Premium PDFs (one-off $2.99–$7.99) and Pro membership ($4.99/mo) are purchased via Stripe Checkout. Reports are delivered instantly by download and email. All sales of digital goods are final once delivered; if a download fails, contact us and we will re-send it.

5. Acceptable use

Do not scrape the tools at volume, resell results, or use the service to mislead anyone about the safety of food for a medical allergy.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoPlateSmart is not liable for decisions made using these estimates. Cooking involves risk — follow good food-hygiene practice.
