- 1 apple · 182 g · 95 kcal
- grated
- 1 tbsp honey · 21 g · 64 kcal
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon · 2 g · 5 kcal
- 1 tbsp peanut butter · 16 g · 95 kcal
Method
- Stir the oats, milk, half the grated apple, the honey and cinnamon together in a bowl.
- Divide between two jars or lidded pots and spoon the peanut butter on top in a swirl.

- In the morning, top with the remaining grated apple and a little extra cinnamon before eating.
💡 If you like a looser texture add a splash more milk before eating — the oats absorb a lot overnight.
