Method
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat and brown the beef mince for 4-5 minutes, breaking it up.
- Add the onion and garlic and cook for 3 minutes until soft, then stir in the chilli, cumin and paprika and cook for 1 minute. Season.
- Warm the tortillas in a dry frying pan or in the microwave, wrapped in a damp tea towel.
- Fill each tortilla with the spiced beef, then top with tomato, cheese, avocado and a squeeze of lime.
